Amazing Athletes Program:
A Fitness Program for 2 ½ to 6 Year Olds
 The Amazing Athletes Program is designed around the child having a complete experience. Gross motor skills, muscle tone, physical fitness, two ball sports and various activities enhancing hand eye coordination and brain development are compiled into one action-packed 35 minute class. Based on a building block system, each class will carefully break down all of the elements of nine different sports, such as soccer, hockey, football, basketball, baseball volleyball, golf, tennis and lacrosse. This fun and positive learning experience will help the child develop the basic fundamentals of sports as well as instilling self-confidence, good sportsmanship and team pride. This is what makes the Amazing Athletes program unique from all other extracurricular activities!
We are not like any other program:
- Our instructors teach an age-appropriate curriculum.
- Our program teaches numerous ball sports as well as the skills each individual child should know or be taught by kindergarten.
- Our program helps with the muscle development in your child’s body used for running, jumping, skipping, hopping, galloping and throwing.
- We use cognitive development in our program, which helps with distinguishing colors, counting, sharing and learning how to follow directions.
